Dear Elsie and family:
May the God of all peace give you peace. Our prayers are with you. I remember Dan with some fondness as one who played ball and allowed us young guys to participate, was an example and member of Aberdeen Mennonite Church, was a good farmer, and was actively involved in the structures of Bethany Manor. Our condolances are with you.

Dear Elsie;
We were so sorry to hear about Danny's passing. I have always held both of you in very high regard. We are unable to attend the funeral as a good family friend passed away and his service is in Moose Jaw on Saturday. At our age, two trips in two days would be difficult. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. May your good memories help to carry and comfort you through the days ahead.
