1943 - 2017
Peacefully, in hospital, surrounded by loved ones, on January 15, 2017 at the age of 73. Devoted father of Shawn (Nathalie), Jayden (Marilyn), and Tatiana. Cherished grandfather of many grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Darcy will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life for Darcy will take place at Thorncliffe Place Retirement Residence, 1 Thorncliffe Place, Ottawa, on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. In memoriam donations to The Salvation Army are appreciated. Arrangements in the care of Kelly Funeral Home Carling Chapel (613) 828-2313.

I will miss you very much Darcy. We were together for eleven years and have two beautiful children, Jayden and Tatiana whom we both love so much. With sadness in my heart I am so sorry to see you pass and I thank you for letting me by your side in your last days along with Jayden, Tatiana, Shawn and Natalie. May your next journey be beautiful and peaceful, I will cherish our beautiful memories together forever. Your friend always...Teresa
