David M. Clickner David M. Clickner passed away Thursday June 14, 2007 surrounded by friends and family after a brief illness. He was born in Kalamazoo, MI on February 14, 1938. He was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War and retired from the USMC after 20 years of dedicated service. He graduated with honors from Western Michigan University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He spent his retirement years as Assistant Chief with the Circle D Volunteer Fire Department where he made many close friends. Throughout his life he served the community and was a member of many organizations including the IEEE, the Old Crows, the American Legion, the Foresters, and the TROA. David was a dedicated and loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, and friend. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Jacqueline A. Clickner, brother Laverne Arnold and wife Cindy of Oxnard, CA, sister Sally Draper and husband Gary of Alamo Michigan. He will be missed greatly by his children David C. Clickner and wife RuthAnne of Newman, GA, Lee Ann Troyka and husband Vince of Columbia, SC, Nancy L. Wilson and husband Dan of Morris, IL, Richard James Clickner and wife Denise of Bastrop, TX and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He will be remembered and held in the hearts of many, especially dearest friends Elmer and Marilyn Funderbunk, Alvin and Angela Summers, Corey Summers, and Judy West.
