Dr. David Eaton

Dr. David Eaton -FORT VALLEY - Dr. David Eaton passed on Monday, February 25, 2008 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. -He was a native of Bessemer, Alabama. A retired professor at Fort Valley State University, he taught Physical Science and Chemistry giving forty years of service. David was a faithful member of Trinity Baptist Church. He served on the Trustee and Bus Ministries and was a regular Sunday School scholar. -Services will be held Sunday, March 2, 2008 at 3P.M. at Trinity Baptist Church with the Reverend Gregory E. Moore presiding. -Survivors include a loyal and devoted wife, Bernice Eaton; three loving children, David (Vivian) Eaton, Indianapolis, IN; Deidre Eaton, Davenport, IA; and Darryl (Susana) Eaton, Stone Mountain, GA; two brothers, Walter Lee (Mary) Eaton, Maylene, AL and James Eaton, Birmingham, AL; four grandchildren, David III, Anwar, Natasha and Ayana. -In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, 3312 Northside Drive, Suite 140-A, Macon, GA 31210. -C.J.
