David Fowler Obituary
He is survived by his wife, Vickie; daughters, Bobbi Koch and Amy Fowler Jones; sons, Shannon Fowler, Ross Hail and Sheldon Fowler; sister, Lu Ann Neal; brothers, Thomas and Jimmy Fowler; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren along with a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Martha Allen.
David was known as a family man, always willing to help a family member or a friend with anything that they needed. Was a gracious and humble man. He loved the outdoors and hunting. He was a man you could count on.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 5 to 7 PM, Sunday, April 6th at Resthaven
Funeral Home.Funeral service will be Monday, April 7, 2014 at 11 AM at First Baptist Church in Smyer with burial to follow at Smyer Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Smyer.
Condolences may be offered at www.resthavenfuneralhome.com
Arrangements under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home & Cemetery, Lubbock, TX.
