Michelle,
Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your dad.
He was such a delightful person and anyone knowing him is truly saddened learning of his passing.
I met your dad (formally) one Labor Day Weekend at camp (the same time I met you too!) and I instantly fell in love with him! I knew immediately that he was someone special, so different from any one person I had ever, EVER met before! He seriously was like a ray of sunshine! I wish I could find the right words to describe him...... He was full of life, so positive and so strong, and at the same time such a fighter to the end.
I remember him sitting in his big chair that morning talking about his love of trains. I will never forget that.
When he spoke or even looked at any one of you guys, you could "literally" see the pride in his eyes! He adored his family.
Please try to remember he is whole now, for the first time in a long time, no more painful tomorrows, or painful tests, no more tubes, no more bags, no more tears, no more pain, no more feeling scared, no more what ifs or wishful thinking. He knows a peace now that he never thought possible (and one we can never even begin to imagine) and no one deserves this more than your dad!
I love that he got to meet, hold and love each one of his grandchildren! How special it must have been for him!
And remember he entrusted your Uncle Donnie to watch over "his family" and Uncle Donnie will and you guys all have each other too. All that love will help your heart to begin to heal and stop hurting so much.
God bless you Michelle. If there is anything I can do, your mom or Uncle Donnie has my phone number.
Love Does Not Die
Now that I am gone, remember me with smiles and laughter, and when you need me, put your arms around anyone and give them what you need to give to me.
Look for me in the people I have known or helped in some special way. Let me live in your heart as well as in your mind.
Love does not die, people do.
So, when all that's left of me is love,
give me away as best you can.

To the entire Jablonski Family, my deepest sympathy to you all. Dave always had a smile on his face and was always happy to see everyone. I would see him and Debbie at St. Paul's Monastery. What a good and holy man. I'm sure he is enjoying his heavenly reward and watching down on all of his loving and caring family. May God bless you all and may your memories of Dave bring you comfort at this time. God Bless!

Dear Jablonski Family,
I was so sorry to read about your dear husband and father's death.
Although we don't know each other, I just wanted to let you know that your family is in my thoughts.
Two years ago in May, my dear husband died at the age of 55. Our family understands your pain, and I'm praying today that God puts His arms around all of you as He does, every day, for us.

Dear Debbie & Family,
I stopped by the funeral home early this morning on the way to work, as I didn't read about David's passing until just this morning. I'm sorry I missed being able to see you. But please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers, as well as everyone's from EDMC whose lives you have both touched. David was a wonderful man and I'm sure an even more wonderful husband. I know you'll miss him tremendously. Please let us know if we can ever do anything for you since the both of you have taken such good care of all of us over the years.
With sincere sympathy,
Cris Alampi

Debbie, Dave, Matt, Michelle, and Lisa -
I am sitting here through many, many tears trying to say just the "perfect" thing to comfort not only you but me too. Your father was nothing short of a true hero, the kind they don't make any more. The kind you only read about. He was truly a fighter in every sense of the word.
David was so special, like no man I have ever met before. I met him one short weekend in time and quickly learned that he adored his wife and his children and his "team" even more (his grandchildren)and all of his brothers and sisters. He was a true family man.
David was truly a kind, caring, intellegent, gentle and very very strong man. It was easy to see that he simply adored his family; Debbie, his kids and his "team" of grandchildren who look more like David himself than David! I fell in love with him instantly.
I have been praying for him for 3 long years and have been following his health. David's body took more than any body could take. He was so strong.
At last he is at peace and no one deserves peace more than David and his family.
I truly believe that he won his fight; no more worry, no more painful tomorrows, no more tiredness, no more painful tests, no tubes for him, no more guessing if this will work, all of the milkshakes he could ever want and no more sickness or pain. He is whole again and finally at peace. Remember he is surrounded in heaven, as on earth, by everyone who adores him. God bless David and he has. God bless you all and he has for David has left a little piece of himself for all of you. Please try to celebrate today of all days, EASTER SUNDAY, that your father is up at the head of the table with our God, just where he belongs, celebrating life.
We will all be with David soon. It is like a blink of an eye for him that we are gone from his sight. He is enjoying health like he has never known before and feeling the love of all of those loved ones who have gone before him.
I love you all and will continue to pray for you guys. If there is anything you guys need, don't hesitate.....
Love and God Bless,
Debbie (Gilchrist) Prilla
