JARVIS _ David Wayne 1950 - 2002 On September 19, 2002, at the age of 52 years and surrounded by family and friends, David went to meet his King. David leaves behind his wife and best friend Helen (a.k.a. Dearsy); two daughters, Toni (John) and Tanya (Ben); granddaughter Darbi Rose; brothers and sisters, Michael (Laura), Judy (Ed), Debbi (Tim), Pat (Lil), Shelley (K.C.) and their families. He also leaves his father and mother-in-law, Stanley and Emily Belczowski; sister-in-law Sophie (Archie); brother-in-law Wally; as well as extended family, Dale and Connie Anger and their children, Tracy (John) and their daughter Sara, Tara (John), Trista (Bill) and Shayne. David leaves many other devoted friends and family. David was born in Camrose, AB and raised in Morrin. After acquiring his diploma in Gas Technology he moved to Cessford with wife Helen where they eventually began Cessford Oilfield Services Ltd. In the last few years David started his own consulting business. He will be missed for his gentle and kind nature. He loved to tell stories, play with children and have loads of fun. His interests included sports, westerns, camping and traveling. David's family will remember his true example of courage, leadership and enduring faith in his long struggle. The love and friendship he shared in the end with Helen was unsurpassed. They were an example for all and touched numerous lives. Special thanks to the many prayers warriors, to the loving staff of Unit 34 of Peter Lougheed Hospital, Dr. Alan Lynn, Dr. Amad and the many other caring staff that touched their lives. Memorial Services will be held at the Victory Church in Brooks, AB on Monday, September 30, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. Donations made to David's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Second Floor, 215 - 12 Avenue S.E., Calgary, AB T2G 1A2, Organ Transplant Foundation or the Peter Lougheed Hospital, 3500 - 26 Avenue N.E., Calgary, AB T1Y 6J4.
