Dawn Flores

With heavy hearts and much sadness, we will lay to rest Dawn Flores (Osborne). Dawn passed unexpectedly on January 11th, 2018 at the age of 45 from a heart attack after being hospitalized with complications from the flu. Dawn was born on December 22nd, 1972 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was a graduate with the Class of 1991 from Tri-County High school in Howard City, Michigan. In the spring of 1992, Dawn left Michigan to move to Nevada with her mother and stepfather. Dawn was together with her husband, Mario Flores, for 22 years. They would raise four amazing daughters together. She was an incredible wife and mother. Dawn resided in Henderson, Nevada where she worked as a care giver for the disabled and the elderly. She was loved by all of her patients. Dawn was a selfless person, putting the needs of others before the needs of herself. Being the youngest daughter of ten children, Dawn leaves behind many who loved her and will miss her dearly. Dawn had many different titles in her lifetime. She was the "Mother of the Year" to her four daughters, Nana to her granddaughter Sarai, she was a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, caregiver, confidante, and friend to many. Dawn is survived by her husband Mario Flores; her father, Ronnie Lee Osborne (Susan); her stepmother, Sharon Stapp; four daughters, Alyssa, Kaylee, Lili and Sophie Flores; siblings Lisa Barnum (Ken), Ronnie Osborne Jr, Scott Osborne, Phil Osborne (Autumn), Sam Stapp (Rachael), Kelly Stapp (Shane), Brian Stapp, Lesa Tap (Nick); granddaughter Sarai ; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother Sharon Lott; her step father, Gary Lott and her older sister Annette "Tina" Ocaronza.
