It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Debra K. Meadows (Colber) who passed away peacefully on May 10th, 2025 at the age of 70.

A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Debbie touched the lives of so many with her warmth, kindness, and her giving heart.

Debra K. Meadows was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on, June 22nd, 1954 to Eugene F. Colber Jr and Dolores J. Colber (Hagen). She graduated from Homestead High School (Mequon) class of 1972.Debbie worked and lived in the Mequon community for many years allowing her to meet and form lifelong friendships with countless people.

Debra K. Meadows was the beloved mother to Jason Helm (Marilyn), Jody Gersonde (Michael), Joel Helm (Carrie),and Callen Meadows. She was also a cherished grandmother to Justin Gersonde (Kelly), Aiden Gersonde, Ellyanna Gersonde, and Carson Kruse. Proud great grandmother to Asher, Kynslee, and Rylynn Gersonde. Dear sister to Vickie Colber, Wayne Colber, Jayne Wester hausen (Robert) and Donald Colber.

Debbie was known for her willingness to help anyone, whether it was an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, or a hand to hold she had the ability to make people smile and feel accepted. Debbie also found joy throughout her life when she was bowling, golfing, shooting pool, playing bingo and many different card games. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Debra K. Meadows was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Dolores Colber, brother, Wayne Colber, and daughter, Callen Meadows.

She is survived by her loving children, grandchildren, sisters, brother and many other family and friends.

A celebration of life for Debra "Debbie" K. Meadows will be held on Wednesday June 4, 2025 at 4pm-8pm at, Howard J. Schroeder American Legion Post 457, 6050 W. Mequon Rd. Mequon, WI 53092
