Dear Cousins: Auntie was my favorite aunt as well as Uncle Harry my favorite uncle. As years passed we grew apart but did keep contact at Christmas time. And a periodic phone call.
I have tons of fond memories of Auntie Dee. When I was 12 she taught me how to clean a stove and refrigerator. Showed me how to cook some simple things too. I would stay over with them during Christmas holidays. The many trips to Grama Pan's cottage on Comorant Lake, Judice the pet crow and Flash for which I named my turtle I have now after.Even the many years at Pan's grocery store. I cherrish all the time we spent together not only as a child but later as an adult after I had children.
Auntie also was the one who convinced me to get a job at a hospital because they'll always be necessary. I worked 6 yrs. at a Fargo hosp. and 19 so far, here in Phoenix. See, she was right. Listening to your elders does pay off.
My sympathy to all of you. She was deffinately 1-of-a-kind and an Awesome Aunt.
Love and Blessings, Colleen (Panchott) Paseka

Grandma was and always will be one of the greatest parts of my life. Her gut busting laughter, down to earth sensibility and delicious apple pie could make anyone smile with love from head to toe.
It was always around Christmas when Rita (mom), Steve (dad), Susan, Cheri and I (daughters) would cram ourselves into a small hatchback to head across the country (or countries) to Duluth. We were always welcomed with hugs, kisses, baked goods galore and gifts to open on Christmas day! I will always cherish those memories. Thank you, Grandma. I love you and miss you forever.

To the Panchott family,
Please accept my deepest sympathies.
I go down memory lane and Redwing Street is always in the forefront of my thoughts. My brother Joe hanging with Stan, the softball games in the back yards, playing with Pam and Lou Ann and Diana. All of this made my 4 years there special. Good neighbors, good memories.

To the Panchott Family,
The Opsahl family had a 45-year relationship with Delores. Memories from childhood... Camping, partying, friendship (to us and esp. our mother), she made our life complete. The Coffee crew... Delores, Marian, Mitsy, Joanie, Jan, Leslie, Sue, Shirley & Shirley, and all, every morning talking over the neighborhood schedule of events (who's who on Redwing Street or Ridgeview Country Club). Delores was one-of-a-kind. She was a great cook, confidant, and sportmans. Delores would bring the best food to all events, esp. camping at "Stink Island" with her stew. All we needed was some beer (Hamms), family, and a few thunderstorms- and life looked good. Thank you Delores, & family, for all of the wonderful memories.
Delores will be missed, but not forgotten.

Dear Rita, Stanley, Vance, & family:
Please accept our deepest sympathies for the loss of your precious mother, grand mother, and friend. The very best memories I have as a child are from the days our two families spent camping (back in the 60’s & 70’s) up in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Delores always brought that wonderful gut-busting laugh along wherever she went, even when the rain wouldn’t stop on those week-long camping trips. Of course, Delores was one of my mother’s best friends ever, enjoying coffee together every morning and most afternoons. As our mother’s health deteriorated simultaneously, they saw less of one another. But, Delores was constantly at the forefront of my mom’s thoughts. Fortunately, we all carry a part of Delores within us…it’s one of the best things in me.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. Your mother was like another mother to me. I have so many great memories of your family, along with ours, over the years.
God bless you all. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
