Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 6, 2021; aged 76 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Arthur. Loved mother of Deane, Deanna, Amanda and Nigel; and nana of her 10 grandchildren.
Forever in our hearts.
Messages may be addressed to the Urquhart family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. In keeping with Denise's wishes, a private service is to be held.

Denise was a member of the Rangiora Bridge Club and all her friends at the club extend their sincere sympathy to her family. She will be missed at the bridge table.
