Derek Sprouse Obituary
Derek Lee Sprouse, 30, formely of Point Pleasant, W.Va., died Saturday, August 17, 2013, at his home.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Winchester, Va. with Pastor Tim West officiating. Burial will be at Shenandoah Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

I really don't have the words to say how sad I am that you are gone. I can not believe that I won't be able to see you again. We hit it off the first night we met when you found out that I was a Colts fan. I remember being the only ones to actually watch the football games at any of the parties. You were amazing. I hate that I missed out on being able to get to know you more. Even though I had not seen you in a while, I still wondered how you were. I can only hope that you now can rest peacefully. You will always be missed. I love you my friend.
