Dear Lorne & Family:
My deepest sympathy to you at this very difficult time. I knew Diane at ICBC we worked very closely together for a number of years. Her knowledge and friendly manner put many of our customers at ease as she was truly customer focused. We shared many moments and she truly was an inspiring person.

Dear Lawrence, Jadean, Janice and family,
On behalf of my mother Sandra and I, I'd like to extend our deepest sympathies to you. I know Diane holds a special place in mom's heart. She was so kind and supportive, especially after Clare passed away last April. Diane did so much to cheer and comfort her when she really needed it. That meant so much to Mom.
I came to know Diane as a kind person with a great inner strength and a keen sense of humour. I especially remember how you hosted Thanksgiving dinner in Oct. 2005. You were all so welcoming to Mom and Clare and I and made us feel right at home. I smile when I recall how Diane joked that Clare and Lawrence were so much alike and how they both denied it, all the while laughing and knowing she was absolutely right.
We'll really miss her.
I hope that the special memories you have of her will help comfort and sustain you during this sad time.

Dear Jadean and family. Our hearts and prayers are with you.
If tears could build a stairway,
and memories a lane.
I would walk right up to heaven
and bring you back again.
No farewell words were spoken,
no time to say goodbye,
You were gone before we knew it,
and only God knows why.
My heart still aches in sadness,
and secret tears still flow.
What it meant to love you,
No one can ever know.
But now I know you want me,
to mourn for you no more,
To remember all the happy times,
life still has much in store.
Since you'll never be forgotten,
I pledge to you today,
A hollowed place in my heart
is where you'll always stay.
