Diane Giardina

Diane Giardina (Mancuso) of Zephyrhills, Florida, formerly Greece, New York, Aged 77

Passed away suddenly on September 14, 2022. Predeceased by her parents, Paul and Josephine Mancuso, sister Francine Grimm and brother Paul Mancuso. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years Samuel Giardina; daughters Pam Giardina and Brenda (Mike) Ketchum; grandchildren Dana, Benjamin, and Dominick; brother James Mancuso; and several nieces and nephews.

Diane enjoyed camping and travelling. She and Sam made several trips across the country to see landmarks, National Parks, and family. Her favorite place to camp was in Chaumont Bay, NY, where, over the course of 50+ years, she made many lifelong friends. Other treasured camping trips included several Bluegrass Festivals annually across the Northeast.

In the late 1990's, she and Sam became Snowbirds and began wintering in Zephyrhills. After several years of returning north in the summers, they settled full time in a lovely retirement community where she participated in organizing many activities, supported Sam in his music, and became a friend to all.

Friends and family are invited to join an informal Celebration of Life with light refreshments and drinks on October 16th from 11:00am-2:00pm at the Spencerport Fireman's Exempts, 75 South Union St, Spencerport, NY 14559.
