Tom, recently while looking up old friends, I found this notice and I was shocked. I'm so very sorry to hear of Dianne's passing. I know how much you loved her.
I've been exactly where you are now and although it seems so very hard to force yourself to wake up every morning, go to work and do all the things in life that you would have shared with her, one day you will realize that you're doing all these things and so much more and it won't be quite so difficult. It seems trite to say that time heals but it really does. You won't forget but you will be able to go on living your life. Please don't let anyone try to tell you it's time to move on.You and only you will know when the time is right.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult and tragic time.
All the best,
Debbie Angelson Nichol McDonald

Dear Tom,
Thinking of you and your sons. I wish you peace from the sorrow that must be overwhelming you right now. Trust that in time the pain will ease and your memories of your beautiful wife and the wonderful life you shared will bring you comfort and joy. God be with you.

John and I were very sorry to hear of your loss. We did not make it to her service as we were out of town.I only knew Dianne for a short time but was fortunate that she joined me and another friend to make up a threesome at Sleepy Hollow on many Wednesdays. I enjoyed her company immensely and was truly saddened at her passing.
Sincerely, John and Sharon Gibbs

Dear Tom, Jason and David,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Dianne was a wonderful person and I am truly blessed to have known her. 59 is way too young and although I can never understand why the good keep going so early, I have to believe there is a higher purpose.
I am sorry I couldn't be there to say goodbye. I was actually on my way to the viewing on Friday night, when I received a call that my brother-in-law and his family had been in car crash.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. If I can do anything, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Your friend,
Brian Berry

Tom, Jason and David, it is impossible to come up with any words to make any of what you are going through right now any less unbearable, so I will not try. You're wife/mom was an incredible woman who's never ending smile, positive attitude and incredible sense of humor made anyone's life who she touched, just that much better. She will be dearly missed, she's gone too soon.

What can anybody say at a time like this..it so sad and just seems so unfair. It has been many years since I last saw Dianne, but I recall a fun-loving girl with an amazing smile. My heart goes out to you, your sons, and the rest of your family. Peace be with you.

Tom...
It's amazing that when you work for so long with people in the same business that even in the informal banter before a meeting or over a glass of wine post golf, that we somehow get to familiarize ourselves with each other's families. I did not personally know Dianne but somehow over the years feel that hearing about your boys and your trips and of late, the new kitchen reno that somehow she did touch my life in a quiet way. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you, your boys and your entire extended family to face this tragic loss with strength, courage and the knowledge that others care.

Tom, Jason & David: My heartfelt condolences. I am so very sad about this. Dianne was a wonderful person to work with; you really learn a lot about someone when you share a cubicle wall, so I knew her to be unbelievably efficient, wise with a quietly unassuming sneaky sense of humour and always had a twinkle in her eye when there was a joke to be played. Dianne regaled me with so many wonderful Worsley stories that I can confidently say to Jason & David, your Mum was so very proud of you and adored you both so very, very much. And Tom, you were her knight in shining armour, her sweetheart, her buddy and her everything. I will toast Dianne tonight with a little glass of scotch because I believe she would say it was her miracle cure for everything, even sadness. Much love to you all.
