Donald Glen Rolfe March 20, 1951 June 5, 2005 ROLFE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving Husband, Father, Papa, Son and Brother. Don passed away quietly with family by his side on June 5, 2005 at the Regina General Hospital. Don was predeceased by his father, Wes on March 24, 2005. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 25 years and best friend, Rosa; his mother, Rose; his children: Sherry (John) Martin, Nicole (Kevin) Finucan, Venessa (Randy) Steciuk, Dean (Sherry) Zacharias. Papa's pride and joy were his six special grandchildren: Brooklyn, Colton, Noah, Kirk, Carlie and Paige. He loved to tease them and they always loved getting his attention whether it was sitting on his knee, trying to take possession of his favourite chair or seeing which one of them could give him the loudest kisses. Papa always made them feel special. Don is also survived by his brothers: Wayne (Terry), Gary (Brenda); sister, Kim (Dave) Stinson; brother-in-law, Roger (Cher) Epp; sisters-in-law, Wilma (George) Andres, Leona (Al) Neufeld and Irene Epp; as well as many special nieces, nephews and friends. Besides spending time with his children and grandchildren Don's favourite times were spent at the cabin that he and Rosa built at a secluded spot at Davin Lake. He loved hunting, fishing and solitude. He will be dearly missed and always remembered. A Service to Celebrate Don's Life will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Friday, June 10 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those so wishing may make donations in Don's memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Regina Chapter, 1545C McAra Street, Regina, SK S4N 6H4.
