He was employed at Carborundum Abrasives Division, where he worked in numerous departments for 37 years, prior to retiring in August 1995.Don was a Past President of the Men’s Bowling Association. Dear Gloria,
We are so very sorry. Don was such a great guy. I can never see cooked carrots without thinking of him. I remember the day we met, the day you got married (oh yeh, the day after you got married), and so many other memories. Our trip to Catalina on his 55th birthday. Just 20 short years ago. He was always fun to be around. We will miss him. Wish we could have been there with you.

Love you,
Larry and Sylvia

Don was an absolutely amazing person. Very kind hearted and always had a smile on his face when he said hello. I loved conversating with him about bowling and life. I will miss seeing Don at Rapids when I come back to visit. God Bless You Don and may you look over Gloria and the rest of your family from heaven. They have an amazing Angel up there now.

Grandpa, Buggy, miss you.
Love you.
Your strong hands
Your arms around us in big squeezing hugs
Playing with your hair
Your funny little breathy laugh that got picked on
Your feet that smelled like doritos
Your bowling lessons
Your shoulder rubs
Your unending encouragement and wisdom
Your words that made us feel like good people, strong people
Your shoulder to lean on... your ear to listen

Love you.
Part of our hearts
Part of our souls
Our tears and our prayers
Our unending unfaltering love for the best man We've ever known

Love you.
A stronger family
A happier family
A sadder family
More sad people than you can count
A loving family... that would stay up all night with you
whether you like it or not
Your bowlers… who loved you like THEIR grandpa
Your friends
Your memories
Our memories.

Dear Wirth and Jameison family,

A new soul has entered heaven
that is why the angels sing
To escort them to the throne
to bow before the King

In heaven there's a party
a great big celebration
Welcoming a new resident
as they gather in jubilation

When the gates are opened
the choirs of angels sing
Joy has filled the heavens
as they're presented before the King

Sorry About Your Loss

Don was a great man, who was respected by all who were lucky enough to know him. He took young bowlers under his wing and helped them to acheive their goals. He will be truly missed. The Niagara Falls Wolverines will have an angel watching over them~God Bless you Don, and may you rest in peace.
