Donna Kyle Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Sep. 15 to Sep. 17, 2010.
Donna Maureen Kyle It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wife, Mom, Grandma, daughter, sister, and aunt, Donna Maureen Kyle (Rensby), who passed away peacefully on Septermber 12, 2010 from complications of a stroke. Donna was born in Davidson, Saskatchewan on July 17, 1943. She is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Agnes Rensby, father and mother-in-law, John and Ethel Kyle, brother Bill and sister Glenise. Missing her dearly and left with heavy hearts are her daughter, Morgan (Rachel and Finley), sons, Andy (Jamelle, Lauren, Ella, and Athan), and Brady (Holly, Tristan and Quinn), and her biggest kid of all (as Donna referred to him), loving and devoted husband of 46 years, Murray. Donna is also survived by her sisters, Jean, Alice (Ron), and Debbie (Murray), and brothers, Robin (Judy), Don (Christine), and Kerry, as well as sister-in-law, Ghislaine, and brotherin-law, David (Debbie), and many nieces and nephews and other extended family who will so dearly miss her. Donna made an indelible and lasting impression on her family and friends. Her ever-present smile and vibrant and social nature warmed a room and encouraged others to smile along with her at life's simple pleasures. Her quirky and silly sense of humour was a trademark that enabled her to make the most of life, no matter what came her way. She was a trooper, as Murray liked to call her, through the toughest of times. Even during her hospitalization Donna never complained and was sure to ask about the well-being of others. Our family would like to thank the medical staff at the Pasqua and General Hospitals for the excellent care and sincere compassion given to Donna and our family. Donna's Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 18, 2010, at First Presbyterian Church at 10am. In lieu of flowers our family would appreciate donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 279 3rd Avenue North, Saskatoon, S7K 2H8. Donna/Mom: you will be forever in our hearts. All our Love, Murray, Morgan, Andy and Brady.

Murray and Family, I was saddened to hear of Donna's passing. She was everyone's best girl. Her energy and work ethic at Mosaic put younger people to shame. I will miss the big hugs I always got from her and the words of encouragement and support she always gave me. Know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love Julene
