Age 55, on Monday, February 22, 2010 of Whitehall. Wife of the late Larry L. Landon; daughter of Arlene (O'Toole) and Richard Green; sister of Jim (Lynn) Green, Ken (Connie) Saly, Mary Lyn Saly, Don (Phyllis) Saly, Jr., Robert (Lisa) Saly and David Green; aunt of Jim (Kelli) Green, Kelly (Tim) Miscencik, Tom (Heather) Saly, Amy Saly, Miranda White and Daniel Saly; great aunt of Timmy Miscencik and Abby Saly; beloved friend of Danny Williamson, along with many other close friends. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Friday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sylvester Church, at 10:00 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to Hillman Cancer Center, 5115 Centre Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15232. I am so sad to hear of Donna's passing. I only heard of this today, you are in my prayers, for I know this loss, I lost my son on Feb.11,2009. How may times I wanted to call Donna and talk to her about It because I know she would have comforted me. I worked with Donna from her house when she worked for the insurance company. We had such good times together even raising Penny which was all new to Donna. I only wish I had known I would have wanted to be there for her. I am sending this sympathy to the family of Donna. Jack and I were friends with Donna and Larry for many years and this earth will never be the same without the 2 of them. We recently found out that she had passed away, and we are so sorry for your loss. Heaven has received an angel and Donna received her wings on entry. She was a wonderful person and will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to all of you. Dawna (that's what we called her)and I became friends in high school at St. Justin's. I remember her as a kind and fun loving person. We had some wonderful talks and times in our Senior year. Wonderful memories. Although she was taken way too soon, may God hold her in His loving arms. She and all of you are in my prayers.

When people talk about "Earth Angels", I know they are talking about Donna. She wore her emotions on her sleeve and kept her heart wide open - If you were happy, she felt your joy, if you were sad, she felt your pain. You will always be loved and cherished memories will live in my heart forever. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to all who were fortunate enough to have had her touch their lives. Her smile was infectious and her goofiness made my sides split with laughter. Things around here just won't be the same without her. I have lost a dear friend and a former fellow Pat Catan associate.
