I wish to extend my deepest sympathy in the loss of your wife and mother. "Mrs. Roy" was one of my favorite teachers when I was in elementary school. She was a gifted teacher and her patience and kindness still stand out in my memories more than 30 years later. I went to school with her daughters as well. I hope that you can find comfort in each other and in your memories in the days to come. Wishing you gentle days....

I am sorry for such a great lost. Mrs. Roy gave the opportunity to work at K. Smith as the first bilingual teacher in 1991. I learned a lot from her. I will always remember her as a great leader. May God bless all of you.

I had the pleasure of being the hairdresser and friend of Doris for many years. She seemed to have the most interesting and full life. Doris shared many stories about travel, family, and life experiences.

It was so wonderful to know her and we will miss her at the beauty shop. God Bless all of her loved ones at this most difficult time.

Sincerely,

Mary and Wayne Huber

We had played bridge just a few times at Northgate with Doris before she had to resign. Sorry for your loss. We will miss her.

What a great gal! Last saw her at our 50th reunion in Fredricksburg and she was the life of the party. She will be missed.
