WHITTAKER, Doris Daisy (nee Gibbons) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side March 13, 2010. Predeceased by her husband Stanley Whittaker, her parents Thomas & Daisy Gibbons, her brother Don Gibbons & wife Gladie and their son Tommy. Dearest mother of Carol, Doug & partner Mary-Kay, Jane & husband Dave, Don & wife Linda, Wendy & partner Michael. Treasured Grandmother of Chris & partner Tim, Paul & wife Julie, Ann & husband Saar, Sarah & partner Myles, T.J. (Thomas), Terry & wife Laura, Erica, Stan & partner Ashlee, Tom & partner Whitney and Tanya & partner Mike. Great-grandmother of Jeffry, Kieran, Hillary, Jessica & partner Justin, Owen, Daisy, Nathan, Annabelle, Sophie, Olivia, Natalie, Madison, Isaiah, Taylor, Thomas and Elyse. Great Great-grandmother of Justin, Justice and July. Long time Member of Beach Grove Golf & Country Club, avid golfer and bowler. She will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched. A family memorial has taken place. Special thanks to the staff of Central Park Lodge for their care and compassion.
