MANNING , Dorothy Emma (Collier) April 14, 1933 - September 2, 2009 After a very brief battle with pancreatic cancer Dot passed away at the Foothills Country Hospice, Okotoks. She is survived by Larry, her husband of fifty-two years, son Mark and daughter Lianne; also her sister Robina Penney and brother Tom Collier (Linda) and a loving group of extended family. At Dot's request no Funeral will be held. Family and friends are all invited to a memorial gathering to be held on Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Dot and Larry's home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Mustard Seed, C.U.P.S. or The Drop-in Centre to aid the less fortunate.

Aunt Dot, touched my life in many positive ways and I am so lucky to have been in her presence. I will never forget her smile,caring ways and a strong willingness to achieve what is right for all. You will not be forgotten Aunt Dot; thank you!

Aunty Dot had a way of always making sure you knew that you were special she would sit at the kitchen table and talk to you for hours never worrying about anything other than sharing that moment with you, she had a heart of gold that went beyond all measure for everyone but herself, she will be forever loved and greatly missed always.
