Beloved husband of Carole Bernstein; loving father of Jeffrey Bernstein, David Bernstein, and Rebecca (David) Zelken; adored Zadie of Gideon, Hadassah, Josiah, and Isaiah Bernstein, Sydney and Beatrice Bernstein, and Benjamin, Jeremy, and Elliott Zelken; cherished brother of Myral Bernstein and Lorel (Bill) Sherry; treasured uncle and cousin; dear friend of many; devoted pet parent of Henry VIII and the late Jay Jay, Izzy, Mac, Lennon, Rodney, Winston, and Salty; physician, researcher, entrepreneur, collector, and raconteur extraordinaire. Service Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 1:30PM at Am Shalom, 840 Vernon Avenue, Glencoe. Interment Private.
