Dr. Simon Ginzburg Obituary
He made major contributions in the field of electrical engineering with his work on fiber optic cable design on behalf of the US Air Force. He was an avid athlete and completed numerous marathons and triathlons in the New England area, including the Boston Marathon on multiple occasions.
Simon is survived by his three children, Ira, Natasha and Michael and his sister Nina. His good nature, strong will, humor, kind heart and patriotism will be deeply missed.

To Simon's family, we just heard of his passing today and we are so sorry to hear that. We were Simon's downstairs neighbors in Boxboro and missed seeing him after the fire. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and our occasional walks together.
