Drew DUNN Obituary
Drew passed away April 15, 2013 at the age of 81 years at the Foothills Hospital. He was born in Edmonton March 4, 1932. Drew's working life as a machinist and later as a mechanic took him many places, including the DEW Line, all over Alberta and Northern Canada, primarily in the pipeline business. He loved the north and finished his career in Whitehorse, Yukon. He was a proud member of the Shriners and a lifelong member of the Hussar Masonic Lodge. He is survived by Margaret, his wife of 51 years, and his sons Andy (Laurie), Douglas, Robert (Edie), and Chris (Sue), his brothers Dennis and David, as well as, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and friends are welcome to a celebration of Drew's life on Thursday, April 18 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Andy and Laurie's home near Chestermere (24-31-38 Range Road 281, Calgary), you can email him at [email protected] for directions.
