Dwight R. "Rick" Belcher

BLUEFIELD — Dwight R. "Rick" Belcher, 56, of 500 West Cumberland Road Bluefield, died Friday April 10, 2009 at a Bluefield hospital. Born November 10, 1952 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Ernest F. Belcher and Vera J. Chandler Belcher. He was of the Methodist faith and had worked for K-Mart, retiring as assistant manager and later worked for Cole Nissan as a sales consultant. He was a member of the Bluefield Elks Lodge # 269 and Princeton Moose Lodge # 1521. He is survived by sisters, Linda C. Hall of Bluefield, W.Va. and Deborah Y. Toohey of Bluefield; a brother, John E. Belcher of Falls Mills, Va.; nieces, Konstance Belcher, Cheyenne and Layken Belcher, Alexandra Toohey; and nephews, James Toohey, Zachary Toohey, Tyler Harris, Brian Stuart, and Jerry Compton, Jr. A memorial service will be held Tuesday April 14, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Allen A.
