I'm so sorry for your loss. My dad Rudy Mudrich and Eddie were friends. I remember Eddie coming to our house all the time when we were kids. He was a great guy. My brothers and sisters always had so much fun with him. May he rest in peace.

My condolences to all of Mr. V's family. He was such a nice man, I grew up on Cape May Avenue about four houses down from him. We would always go to see the trains. He blessed so many people just by being him.

It's been so long since we were sitting around Melody's table for the last time with everyone that could be there. It wasn't on Christmas Eve and we were missing a lot of people, but those little memories I'll forever cherish from you. I can hear you saying my name when we'd walk in to any house on Christmas Eve. I can see you getting everyone together for pictures, taking random candids (and we thought Aunt Fay was bad ;) ) and loving on your family-something that came so naturally to you. I can see your train display in the basement, I believe I only saw it once. Oh how my heart aches for those simple times with family. I am glad you are reunited with your brothers and sisters and I pray you watch over us and keep Pap company!! Love you Uncle Eddie ❤❤

Dearest Poppy,
How our hearts ache that we can no longer hug you, have our cookouts with your favorite ribs. You were grandfather to my children and loved them as they were your own. There are never enough words to tell you hope blessed and thankful we all are for your years of unconditional true love, cause if I were to write it all it would reach the stairs of heaven. Life wont be the same without you that's for sure. You were true to your word, and gave your love and heart completely. You were like a father to me, and taught us about every bird that is know, and every card game you mastered we all were taught to play. Gave my girls all a special name from day one. And many many friends they've all had because you knew so many families from town after town. I'll hold in my heart more memories than it can hold, but I'm more than blessed to have that many. I know that God was ready and needed you even though we didnt want want you to go. And Yes I promised to take care of your princess as you asked. Poppy I want you to know even though I told you many times, thank you for your most treasured love that you gave everyday. Forever we Love you and Miss you more than words can ever say.
Rest Well Poppy, and when I see you again I'll run to you with open arms .
Forever our Poppy
