Age 83, of Munhall, on October 6, 2018. Beloved husband of Dorothy M. (Anderson); loving father of Edward P. (Joanne) of Lincoln Place, Cynthia M. Kern of Munhall, Thomas C. (Colleen) of Lincoln Place and Barry W. (Denise) of Lincoln Boro; brother of Eileen "Pat" Black of Lincoln Place, Mary Ellen (Joseph) Romeo of Munhall and George W. (Sherry) of Rhode Island; cherished grandfather of Melissa, Edward, Nathan, Vincent, Kevin, Stephanie, Stacey, Sarah, Samantha, Thomas, Amy, Erin, Staci, Caitlin, Naomi and Benjamin; also 12 great-grandchildren. Gene was the owner of "Gene Finks Pennzoil Service Station" in Aspinwall. Arrangements were handled by GEORGE IRVIN GREEN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3511 Main St., Munhall, 412-461-6394.

Knew ED and his wife from rehab facility Shadyside medical bldg. My wife and I were sorry to hear that he passed. One day, we will meet up with him again.
