Elizabeth L. "Betty' BouvetteElizabeth L. "Betty" Bouvette, 72, Grand Forks, ND died Saturday, November 13, 2004 at home surrounded by her family. Elizabeth Lou Gravelle was born February 20, 1932 in Grand Forks, ND the daughter of Ernest and Myrtle (Fennel) Gravelle. She was raised, attended school and worked in the Grand Forks area. She married Ervin Visness in 1948 and they had 12 children. Ervin preceded her in death. She married Robert Bouvette and they had one child. Robert preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Thomas (Sandy) Visness, of Virginia, Jim (Linda) Visness of Washington, Kay (Jim) Spicer, Minneapolis, MN, Patty Best, Montevideo, MN, Diane (Robert) Rice of Ohio, Lynn (Dan) Hatfield of Indiana, Karen (Ruben) Moncada, East Grand Forks, MN, Danny (Sharon) Visness, Cathy (Paul) Dilling, Connie (David) Vondal all of Grand Forks, ND; step-children, Valerie (Dave) Reuther, Grand Forks, ND, Robert Bouvette Jr., Mentor, MN and Barbara Bailey, Bismarck, ND; 30 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Gary (Marilyn) Gravelle and a sister, Gail Dannatt both of East Grand Forks, MN, sisters, Cheryl (Joe) Gladue, Grand Forks, ND and Carol (Joe) Herman, Warwick, ND. She was preceded in death by both husbands; her sons, Jack and Kerry Visness; a daughter, Renae Bouvette-Suedel; a grandson, Ryan Paul Dilling; a granddaughter, Heidi Smart; her parents; brothers, Robert, Ronald, Duane and Paul Gravelle; sisters, Jean and Joan Gravelle and a stepdaughter, Cindy Salverson. Liturgy of Christian Burial: 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in Gregory J. Norman - Norman Funeral Home, S. Washington St., Grand Forks, ND.
