Elizabeth CANTIN Obituary
December 7, 1939 - May 5, 2014
Elizabeth, late of Regina, passed away suddenly on Monday, May 5, 2014 at the age of 74 years. She was predeceased by her husband Rene Cantin; grandson Richard Cantin; brothers, Rudolph, Karl, Frank, Henry, George, Edward and sisters, Kay, Margaret, Aplene and Sophie. Elizabeth is survived by her loving brother Pete and sister-in-law Joyce Haas; son Richard (Patrice) Cantin and daughters, Bernadette (Bill) Maier, Suzette (Bill) Trenaman, Lynette (Barry) Huber; grandchildren, Calvin (Terra Anne) Fowler, Matthew, Joseph (Samantha) Cantin, Renee Trenaman, Robyn Trenaman, Justin (Sarah) Huber, and Tiffany Huber. In Betty's early years she was involved in the Kinsmen Club and the Eagles Club. One of her favorite hobbies was curling. Betty also enjoyed watching the Saskatchewan Roughriders play football. A Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Flowers most gratefully declined. Donations may be made, in Betty's memory, to the Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care, 4F-4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK, S4T1A5. The family would like to thank Speers Funeral Chapel.
