Kuzma, age 92, beloved wife of the late John R.; dear mother of Joseph (Mary); fond ex mother-in-law of Patricia; loving grandmother of James, Jennifer (Dan) Kusiak, Kathleen (Louis) Maza; great-grandmother of Sabryna, Amanda, Brianna, and Gabriella; fond sister of Rita Gangolf and the late Albert and Helen. Visitation at Herdegen-Brieske Funeral Home, 1356 W. Wellington Ave., 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Funeral Monday, 9:30 a.m. from chapel to St. Alphonsus Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. 773-525-0178.
