ROSS _ Ellen Noreen February 18, 1942 - December 22, 2003 Ellen passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Monday, December 22, 2003 at the age of 61 years. She is survived by her husband Kelly (Carl) Bruce Ross; and three stepchildren, Stanley Ross, Judy (Moe) Neely and James Ross; sister-in-law Sylvia Urquhart; three uncles, William (Eileen) Roberts, Stan (Tillie) Roberts and Cecil (Mae) Barber; and an aunt Evelyn (Melvin) Rake; as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Ellen was predeceased by her father Norman Napper, her mother Kathleen Urquhart, her stepfather Oscar Priestley Urquhart, stepson Gardell Ross, brother John Urquhart, and sister Janet Urquhart. Favourite pastimes of Ellen's were cooking, baking, knitting and gardening. She was a great friend to many and will be missed dearly. Donations, if desired, may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 1825 Park Road S.E., Calgary, AB T2G 3Y6. Funeral Services will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, 1708 - 16 Avenue N.W. (across from North Hill Shopping Centre) today, Tuesday, December 23 at 1:30 p.m., Dr. Miriam Mollering of Centre Street Church officiating. Interment to follow in Olds Cemetery. This is many years late but thought I´d leave a message in case loved ones still get them. We myself and my family rented the duplex in the 80´s. We have very fond memories of Ellen and Kelly. May they rest in peace together. Thanks for being great people in my youth.
