We had a good visit with Eric in September and were very glad to be able to visit him at that time. Joshua and Holly met him for the first time and enjoyed talking with him. He showed great interest in our lives and activities and said God Bless You when we left to go back home to Kelowna, BC. We will miss him and look forward to our next time together in heaven. He will be missed greatly. We appreciated his truly unique and wonderful personality. Love from Holly (16)and Joshua (11) Smith. Daughter and son of Kathy (Ferguson) Smith of Kelowna, BC.

We were deeply saddened when we returned from holidays earlier this year and learned Eric's cancer had spread. Now we are deeply saddened that he has passed. On a brighter note, he is now pain free, and once again enjoying time with his beloved Dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

So sorry to read of Eric's passing. We had a good chat with him at the big family gathering in August. His giving spirit should be an inspiration to us all.
