Eric Johnson Obituary
Virginia Beach - Eric James Johnson 39 passed away on June 10, 2012. Eric was born on June 28, 1972 and was a loving father and a loyal friend. Eric was the son of Veronica Coats and Ralph Johnson. He is survived by his daughter Briella Johnson and son Aiden Moore; sister Vicky Poleck and brother Dwayne Johnson. The visitation will be held at Altmeyer Funeral Home Maestas Chapel, Virginia Beach on Friday, June 15 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Eric...it saddened my heart when I heard of your passing today from the newspaper.You were one of the kindest and hardest working men I knew. One thing for sure you were also a very loving father who loved his daughter very much. I will miss riding by to check out the catch of the day and saying hi to you. You will be greatly missed.

Eric, I didn't get to know you until later in life but I could tell from getting to know you and hearing what your friends said about you at your service that you were THE MAN in VA Beach. Your friendship will never be forgotten.

Eric, You certainly were one of the kindest people I have ever known. I promise you we will keep your memory alive. We have ordered a plaque with your name on it to be placed at the marina along side of all the other passed friends of ours. I could never thank you for the kindness you gave to me and anyone you were ever near. Thank you, and I will always remember you and miss you. John Crowling

Eric, I will always keep you in my heart, You were such a loving spirit with a funny sense of humor. We saw each other grow up.
