Erika Soroka

1935-2012

Erika Soroka (Fischer) of Pensacola passed away December 4, 2012 in the evening at her home with her family at her side. Erika was born in Sprendlingen, Rhein Hessen, Germany. She spent most of her life traveling all over the world and Alaska with her husband, John Soroka Jr., United States Army. She came to retire with her husband in Pensacola. She spent many years working as a hair stylist while they moved around. She truly enjoyed her work.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Soroka Jr.

She is survived her son, James (Jimmy) Soroka of Pensacola; grandson, John Soroka and granddaughters, Keri and Sonia. She will be truly missed by all who loved her and knew her.

FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME SOUTH is in charge of arrangements. A graveside service will be Tuesday, December 18 at 9:30 a.m. at Barrancas National Cemetery.
