ETHAN SOMWARU Obituary
Born April 15, 2000 in Akron, Ohio, the middle son of Laura (Bouman) Somwaru and the late Devanand Somwaru.
Ethan excelled as a soccer player for the Jonathan Alder High School and also as a trombone player in the band. He was an active member of the Northwest Chapel Grace Brethren Church, Dublin.
Along with being survived by his loving mother and Derek Heyman, he is also survived by his brothers, Jacob Somwaru and Isaiah Somwaru; grandparents, Bernie and Nancy Bouman; aunts and uncles, Diane and Mark Kaulen, Tim and Lisa Bouman, Indira Somwaru, Mitra and Della Somwaru, Nadira and Hugh Pattison, Asha Blake, Ragini Somwaru; cousins, Laurel, Sasha, Macoy, Andrea, Dresden, Mekhi.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at the Northwest Chapel Grace Brethren Church, 6700 Rings Road, Dublin, where the funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 2015. Private family burial will be held at a later date at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Wadsworth beside his father.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Gentiva Hospice Foundation for designation to CAMP LION HEART (in memo of check), 3550 Riverwood Parkway, Suite 1400, Atlanta, GA 30339.
In charge of arrangements is FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 202 E. Main St. (State Route 161 W.), Plain City.
