Evelyn DunnavantThe funeral for Evelyn Olivia Willis Dunnavant, 72, of Ardmore will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Ronnie Holt officiating. A private burial will be in Hodges Cemetery at Pettusville.Visitation will be from 6-9 tonight at the funeral home.Mrs. Dunnavant died Thursday, May 21, 2009, at her home.She was born Aug. 21, 1936, in Pettusville to Raymond Willis and Jessie Robinson Willis. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She retired from Delphi Saginaw Steering Systems as an autoworker. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Anna Jane Dawson.Survivors include David Dunnavant Sr. of Pettusville; a son, David Dunnavant Jr. and wife Georgia of Ardmore; two daughters, Sharon Rich and husband Charles of Ardmore, and Penny Dunnavant, also of Ardmore; a sister, Faye Holt of Elkmont; two grandchildren, Colton Dunnavant and Nikki Abernathy and husband Matt; three great-grandchildren, Will Abernathy, Jason McClendon and Breanna McClendon; step-granddaughter, Sybrina Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Reggie Holt, Jamie Dawson, Tom Moore, Nelson Moore, Shawn Moore and Justin Kennedy.
