Evelyn Myrtle McFarland, born on February 21, 1933, in Hiawatha, KS, died December 26, 2014 at her home in Lincoln, NE. Evelyn retired from Home Real Estate as a Real Estate Broker. She also received an R.N. degree at the University of Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Keith & Myrtle Fish, her sisters, Donna Tuttle, Barbara Percy, & Maxine Gottner, & by her son, Sean Timothy. She is survived by her beloved sons, James, Paul, & Bryan, two daughters in law, five cherished grandchildren, her long-time companion of 42 years, Robert Reinhardt, & his three children. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorial service will be held at Lincoln Memorial, 6800 S. 14th St, Lincoln, NE on Saturday, January 10, 2015; visitation at 1 pm & funeral at 2 pm. The reception will follow the service at McFarland & Sons Irish Pub, 710 P St, Lincoln, NE. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to the DAV or Wounded Warriors Project.
