Anne and Elizabeth--I will always see your mother in my mind at Thanksgiving dinners at Penny's and in the apartment on Wilkins. My thoughts and sympathy are with you.

My relationship with Florie goes back to our days at the University of Chicago, as undergarduiates, in the early 1950's. We have shared many experiences, working together on the Board of Law Examiners and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. When my brother left our family partnership to ascend the Common Pleas bench, Florie graciously agreed to be an associate in the firm, where she did outstanding work until Johnson & Johnson was dissolved three yearts later. My wife, Florence, and I have enjoyed raising our children alongside Anne and Elizabeth, from births. We have shared many meals and outings together. Flo joins me in extending our deepest sympathy, and our prayers, to Florie's extended family We have lost a true friend and companion.
