FLOYD F.
Age 84, of McDonald, Robinson Twp., died Sunday, September 7, 2014, in St. Clair Hospital. He was born June 7, 1930, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Densel Edmonds, Sr. and Grace (Thornton) Edmonds. Mr. Edmonds was the former owner of Edmonds Trucking. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of McDonald, where he served as a deacon and Sunday School superintendent. He was also very active in the McDonald community. Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Rev. Marion (West) Edmonds of McDonald; sons, Floyd F. (JoAnn) Edmonds, Jr. of Burgettstown and Timothy A. Edmonds of McDonald; grandchildren, Amanda R. Edmonds, Bryce C. Edmonds, Kyle Robinette, Orlando Torres and Robert Wright; brother, Wayne Edmonds of Harrisburg; and sister, Catherine Ribeau of Washington, D.C. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Denise Robinette Edmonds; and his brother, Densel Edmonds, Jr. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the THOMAS-LITTLE FUNERAL SERVICE, INC., 314 W. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald (724-926-2800). A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church of McDonald, 141 N. McDonald Street, McDonald. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of McDonald, P.O. 1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
