Floyd Ellis Watson, 84, Paris passed away October, 13, 2012. He was born August, 8, 1928 to the late John T. and Minnie Johnson Watson. He was a retired cattle farmer and retired from Ace Combs. He was a member of Cedar Grove Community Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Clara Elizabeth Blanscett Watson and one son, Larance Watson. Funeral service will be 2pm Tuesday October 16, 2012 at Cedar Grove Community Church with burial in Cedar Grove Community Church Cemetery under the direction of Smith Mortuary, Charleston, AR Left to cherish his memory; one daughter Carol Johnson and husband Calvin of Paris; two sons, Sam Watson of Paris, Jim Watson and wife Glenda of Paris; two sisters Ellen Fox of Ratcliff, Ethal Bogel of Harrison; four brothers, J.L. "Blackie" Howery of Alvardo, TX, Paul Watson of Branch, Virgil Watson of Charleston, Leslie Watson of Paris; 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; host of other family and friends. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Watson, Jr., Chris Watson, Aaron Watson, Leroy Swain, Blake Swain, David Shaw and Clifton Hearn. Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday October 15, 2012 6 until 8Pm at the Funeral Home.
