Frances Denney Obituary
Our mom accomplished many things in her lifetime. Her main priority her whole lifetime was her family. Mom lived for her family gatherings at all the holidays. She would cook for three days preparing every holiday meal.
Among her other outstanding accomplishments were being a stay home mom for four children. Often being the homeroom mom for four different classrooms. Among returning from a five-year assignment as a military family mom she became a Registered Nurse graduating top in her class. While all four of us were in high school. She worked in many different doctors offices and home healthcare.
Because of her strong love for baking, Mom opened her own small business. It was called, " Jeans Gift Baskets". she prepared homemade selections of her best cakes and cookies and more that were in high demand and delivered to many offices and homes for various occasions upon order.
We lived a happy, adventurous military life, fortunate enough to have visited every country in Europe during our five year assignment and be in Germany.
Our father and mom had four children, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. We will miss our mom (Mama) the rest of our lives. But having battled cancer for many years, we know mom will be happier in heaven because her last six months she was not able to jump in her little silver Toyota Camry and buzz around town with her church besties.
In sadness and tears, we must all stand tall and remember all of our years of happiness with our precious mom.

Services for Mom, Jean Denney, will be on Wednesday, June 25 at 3 o'clock at the satellite beach. United Methodist Church followed by a reception at the church.
