Francis Vincent Cline, born to Alfred and Catherine (Eckman) Cline, on January 4, 1954, in Camden, New Jersey. Sadly lost his 11-year battle with cancer, on July 22, 2023, in Dennison, Ohio. With family by his side, he decided it was finally time to go home. He was a man of many names. You might have known him as Fran, Franny, Frank, or Jersey. But to us he was 'Dad' and 'Pop'. A die hard sports fan, especially his Philadelphia teams(Go Eagles! Go Phillies). He knew all there was to know about sports. In fact he was very knowledgeable about a lot of things in life. He loved reading, watching the History Channel, and learning about new things. He enjoyed hanging at the bar, with a game on the t.v and a beer in his hand. He was the life of the party and was always ready for a good time. He had a personality that people gravitated towards. With a long list of friends, who became a 2nd family to him, he was never alone. Proceeded in death by both parents, all 8 of his siblings, and his lifelong partner, the love of his life Patricia(Pattie) Bennett. He is survived by his 5 children Angie Cline, Jodi Cook, Rachelle Bennett, Vinnie Bennett, and Danielle Bennett. 18 grandchildren D.J, Drew, Drake, Aaron, Jordan, Joshua, Joseph, Samuel, Joselynn, Tae, Kylee, J.T, Keyarra, Jace, Owen, Adam, Christine, and Caleb. 4 great grandchildren Delbert III, Silas, Keyano, and Amir. As well as, a long list of nieces and nephews
Services will be held and posted at a later date.
