Just heard about Frank' s passing. Frank was a Supervisor in the JFK Office when I first became an Agent back in 1982. He was a quiet, fair man who would always give you sound advice. He was a good man
RIP Frank

Frank was a truly great person. Always quite and reserved. I had the privilege of working for Frank many years at both the US Customs JFK & NY SAC offices. He was always ready to listen, without judgement and give advise if asked. My thoughtfelt prayers to his family of whom he was so proud of. God Bless you Frank.

Frank was aces, never had a bad thing to say about anyone. One of the best Supervisors USCS ever had. RIP Frank

Frank was my first supervisor as a Special Agent with US Customs. He was a good and fair man as well as a fellow New Englander. More then that he was a friend especially to my daughters as he would buy lots of cookies from them. A very good man who will be sadly missed. God Bless to Ginger and family.

Frank and I were best friends in high school. I hooked up with him last fall at Bert's Restaurant in Uxbridge to catch up. We were in Vietnam at the same time, him in the army and me in the air force (we were on the American side) but never could quite hook up in person, although we were usually only 15 miles or so apart. We will all miss Frank. My life is better for having know him. Rest well old friend, we'll catch up again...I want to express my deepest sympathy and condolences to his family, I want the children to take comfort in the fact that your dad will forever be with you, for it is his blood that runs through your body. A part of him will remain with you for all the days of your lives. God Bless....

This is sad news and we send our sympathy to his wife, Ginger, and all of his family and friends. Frank, when I knew him at Uxbridge High, was a very sweet guy and he will be missed by his classmates! God's peace and comfort to all of you.

Dear Ginger, Janine & Frank:
We are sending our love & deepest sympathy to you, our extended family. We will miss his happy face at all the events that Frank shared with us. It was only natural that we loved you two since Janine brought so much joy into the Downey family, especially Matt. May all your memories comfort you & you are in our prayers Rest in Peace Frank.

Frank was in my class for all four years of high school. He was such a nice person and both funny and intelligent.
