FRANK SCHMIDT Obituary
Age 91, of Bloomfield, passed peacefully with his family by his side, on Monday, February 22, 2016. Beloved husband of Loretta Jane (Kobus) Schmidt; loving father of Cynthia Jane (Mark) McQuaide and Jennifer Jane (John) Stapf; cherished grandfather of Dana Jane (Bryan) Ollendyke, Dustin Anthony McQuaide, Samantha Jane and Mackenzie Jane Stapf; devoted great- grandfather of Mason Leo and Gage William Ollendyke; brother of Jane Bishop and the late Marcella, Fred, Joan, Jack, Robert and Donald; brother-in-law of Ron (Linda) Kobus; also survived by nieces and nephews. Frank loved being married to Loretta. He loved his girls, all of his grandchildren, his extended family and especially his cats. Family and friends received at the WALTER J. ZALEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 216 44th Street, Lawrenceville, on Thursday 2-8 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Maria Goretti Parish, Friendship Campus on Friday at 12:45 p.m.

Loretta, Cindy and Jennifer, my deepest sympathy to all of you and your children. It has been some time since I last saw Frank, worked with him many years ago, he was always so nice to me and always knew how to make me laugh. I know he loved all of you very much, may your loving memories help you get through this sad time.
