George Bagwell Obituary
Mr. Bagwell passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharron Bagwell and parents, George & Edress Bagwell. He retired from the St. Clair County Sheriffs Department and was a Navy & Marine Corps Veteran.
He is survived by his son, George L. Bagwell, III; daughter, April M. Bagwell; grandchildren, Adam Al-Ahmad, Cameron Greene, Trey Greene, Dawson Bagwell, Karissa Bagwell; sisters, Leona Douglas, Georgette Bagwell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UAB Pallative Care or to the St. Clair County Sheriff's Boys Ranch or the St. Clair County Children's Place.

George Jr. was such a blessing for as long as I can remember. He was a very good man. Every time you had the privilege to visit with him, he was always the same, kind spoken, smiling and concerned about others. i personally count it a blessing to have known him here on this earth and look forward to someday seeing him again in Heaven. Prayers for his family.
