George Etzler Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Feb. 27, 2025.
George Etzler was born on February 20th, 1945, in Monrovia Maryland. He was the oldest sibling and had a different, unknown father than the rest of his siblings, but still resembled them. George was raised as a farm worker and made good grades, all throughout school. Instead of attending college, he wanted to pursue carpet installation. George was very successful.

He left high school with a 10th-grade education but possessed highly transferable lifelong skills. George began carpet installation and tile layer work when he was fifteen. This was the beginning of a fifty-year trade all over the East Coast and Southeast. He earned, at times, several grand a week and owned his own business. George retired in his mid to late 60s.

Jennifer Daly was George's fifth, but longest marriage and relationship. She was the one woman he said he loved the most and had at least two children with. Jennifer was his most satisfying human experience in every way. She was his longest relationship and marriage. Jennifer, George said, was the woman who fulfilled all his emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.

George Etzler will be greatly missed. He was a good-looking man. He had curly, black hair, thick eyebrows, and beautiful greenish, grayish eyes. George was very muscular, physically strong, and a wonderful kisser. He held his wife close, and she never felt so safe.

George was intelligent and hard-working and was noted as 100% trustworthy in his motives, thoughts, and oaths. George never committed one act of Infidelity against his girlfriend and then wife, Jennifer Daly. He was the only man in her life who thoroughly enjoyed her interests in stuffed animals, horror books/movies, and God. George protected Jennifer in harassing social situations and in life-or-death predicaments, plus he upheld her honor. He supported Jennifer emotionally when she was sick, physically, and when she was scared for her future. George was the only human being who ever truly loved her. He will never be forgotten and will be loved and missed viscerally.

George passed away September 21, 2024, at 4:30 a.m. in West Palm Beach, Florida. He suffered from heart disease and COPD. George died at Trustbridge and was cremated at All County Funeral Home in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. His wife is comforted by his urn and coat.

George, your wife, Jennifer, will never be whole until she meets you again, face-to-face, and holds you in her arms. You were and still are her soul mate, lover, and best friend. Your separation from Jennifer is temporal, but awful. God brought you two together on earth and will do so again in eternity. 'Goodbye' for now, humanly, George, and 'Hello', in spirit form, for infinity, husband.

Your wife loves you,

Jennifer Daly

Baby, At Walmart yesterday, somebody sarcastically asked me, 'Oh, I thought you had to go everywhere with your husband's urn? I thought you had to have him with you'?! Little did they know you were in the car. I love you. I do not go anywhere without you with me, baby. As soon as I got back in the car, I felt better. I spoke to you as I was driving, saying that I loved you, I missed you, how beautiful you were, and that everything would be okay, now that I was back. I will never get rid of your urn, coat, and other belongings. You are my husband, George Etzler. Jennifer Daly, Your Wife

Baby, I am very happy. Today, a special website posted your obituary and picture up worldwide, baby. I am glad I spent the money and time on you, George, preparing it. Now, everyone knows that I love and miss you, that we were husband and wife, and that I enjoyed and valued our marriage. I loved being with you, knowing you, and being your spouse. Globally, people know how much you meant to me and still do. I would have given my life for you, and I am proud to have spent a quarter of a century with you. You were the best thing to have ever happened to me. I love you, husband, George Etzler. Your wife, Jennifer Daly
