Dear George & family - My sympathies to you on the loss of your father.
October 31, 2011
It was a pleasure and fun to have dinner with George Sr. and the Everly family in Tokyo, Japan. I often reflect on the 10 days or so we spent together. A true delight to converse and be in his presence. My condolences to the family, yet focus on all the positive events and contributions he has made to the family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Respectfully, Hilary Valdez, Tokyo, Japan.

Dear Dr. Everly, It was indeed a privilege to know your Dad. His positive outlook on life always left me uplifted after a visit. I am so grateful that Judi and I were able to visit him and share Communion with him. "Before he belonged to us, he belonged to God" and dwells there now.
