On October 25, 2011, GEORGE STOTELMYER EVERLY, SR. passed away. He is the beloved husband of the late Kathleen Webster Everly; loving father of Dr. George S. Everly, Jr.; cherished grandfather of Marideth Everly Bernhardt, George S. Everly III and Andrea N. Everly; devoted great grandfather of Olivia Gayle Bernhardt.

Family will receive friends on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9PM at STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC.; 1630 Edmondson Avenue; Catonsville, MD 21228. A funeral service will be celebrated 11AM, Saturday at the funeral home. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery.

It was a pleasure and fun to have dinner with George Sr. and the Everly family in Tokyo, Japan. I often reflect on the 10 days or so we spent together. A true delight to converse and be in his presence. My condolences to the family, yet focus on all the positive events and contributions he has made to the family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
