George, was a true friend and mentor to me back in the 50's when I started working at DURR SURGICAL. He helped me become a salesman and grow up as a person.

We were so sorry to hear about George passing - thinking of all the GOOD times our families had in Birmingham and Florida. He was a "DEAR" friend to us and we Loved him. He will be missed - Mrs. McKinney and Jan Farris

I loved George. I met him when I was taking care of James L. Thomas. Mr. Thomas loved to intertain, so he would go pick up George Sargent and bring him to his home, and I would cook lunch for them. George came often to eat with us. George was a very nice man, funny, and loved to tell stories.I will miss him greatly.
