Gerry is the guy who made me have that first really good belly laugh in recovery. He was a guy who took an interest. I thank God that he put Gerry in my life as a stepping stone to sobriety.

Chris, Mike, Monica: I am sorry to hear of the passing of such a great man. I have such wonderful memories of the drives to the lake, the fun, the dirt bikes, the tree falling in the woods as he cut away. I am heart broken and wish all of you the best. A good part of my life was spent on the weekends at Bay lake, next door to all of you and I was always welcomed in to his home. I will miss him and keep him and all of the memories in my heart and my thoughts. Be strong.

I am so gratiful that Jerry was Jenny and Zach's neighbor if only for a short time. I loved talking to him when I would come to visit Jenny and Zach He was such a spot of sunshine and so real when you talked to him, such passion for life. May Gods love grant him peace as his journey here is over as he is in a better place but forever in the hearts of those who knew him.

I cannot comprehend just how sad you must be feeling for the loss of your father. Words cannot even begin to express our sorrow, and the void we feel without our daily interaction with Jerry. He was a witty, joyous, and wise man and I am so thankful for the opportunity to share the time we did have together- He was our friend and we miss him dearly.
He will always be in our hearts~

One of our favorite memories of Jerry is having lunch in Uptown when Frank and Joey were little guys. He kept us entertained, and the kids loved him. I'm sure I'll still be looking for him at the Original. He was special, and will be missed.

To the McGraw Family from Phil Dow, and his wife Deb, who was lucky enough to meet Jerry on about their second date almost five years ago. We will remember Jerry and his unique wit, curmudgeon-like brilliance, and the the indelibly-etched impressions he made, all far surpassed by the love he imparted to all of his friends. Too sudden and too soon but his memory will always be with us. We share with you this time of
sorrow and send our deepest sympathies. Phil and Deb Dow

We are flooded with memories of Jerry. Demontreville and the goody bags... Boat rides, walks around the Lakes, and the meetings where Jerry could both inspire and infuriate. We feel blessed to have had a long phone call with Jerry Wednesday. We are sure St. Peter is gettings instructions on cleaning the steam room and serving burnt toast. God Bless the McGraw Family.
